Create Shortcuts Here on right-click drag menu for tabs

It would be nice to have the "Create Shortcuts Here" option, together with the (already available) option to copy, when right-clicking on a file and dragging it to a tab.
This feature is already available when the target is a folder anywhere in a tree or the blank space in a pane, but is not availabe when the folder is on a tab on the same pane.
