Refreshing and Novell Netware Drives

I am using FreeCommander to access files on Novell Netware network drives (with a drive mounted as P:, for instance).
Even Explorer does not refresh these drives automatically (I suppose it cannot do so), but at least Explorer shows the operations that have been done. Suppose I do a copy/paste in the folder to duplicate a file, this file appears in the folder (although there has been no actual refresh).
In FreeCommander (with every autorefresh option ticked in general preferences), I do not even get that : the duplicate copy of the file gets created OK, but does not show until I manually refresh the list.
Is this the expected behaviour ? Is there any way to tell FreeCommander to refresh the list automatically after each operation ?
(Using FC 2009.02 on WinXP SP2).
