Quickview and .doc files

With Word 2003 installed. Xp or Vista
thumbnails display on
Quickview on
With a .jpg or .pdf ot .txt file, no problem.
But when select and display a .doc file, the file is displayed for a second only, then the window with thumbnails is actualised and the quickview turns gray and display the information of then parent directory !
Actual Issue: Automatic drives actualisation: uncheck internal and network . But this remove automatic windows actualisation of FC...(must do Ctrl R if copying or moving files in the directory)
