FreeCommander Forum

Hello. Have been using another Commander for years. Free Commander is cleaner and visually easier to use. It seems to lack one thing I use frequently on the other commander. I am trying to make file associations using Free Commander, that is which program opens a WMV file or a JPG .
Does anyone know how to do this using Free Commander?

Not sure I understand you correctly; FC doesn't support files associations yet (launch specific extensions-programs only while it is running).

For portable files associations use Coffe.
For permanent files associations use RegEdit or FileTypesMan.
