Failed to load resource DLL

After a start of FC I right click on any file in any directory and the dialog
"Failed to load resource DLL"
appears. No other text in the dialog box.
Ignoring this box and FC seems to work correctly. very consistent
Windows VISTA, FreeCommander 2009.02
