It will be very nice to add possibility of changing FC background. Changing back colour will be very good. Possibility to set picture as background will be cool.

Sorry, I found how to change back colour. But, why colour settings (back, file and folders) is not in one tab?

Because this are different things!
The first tab "colors" is for colors of special file/folder attributes and file extensions and the second tab "colors/font" is for the general look of freeCommander.

Did you see any free place on each tab to put in the settings of the other?
Or maybe its to check if the user are able to recognize two similar entries next together.
