How to set a permanent command location for plugins?

hello all,
i'm not sure if my subject is clear enough, but what im trying to do is place all the plugins inside freecommander portable, im looking for a command so when i move the freecommander portable folder to another computer, i dont need to change the locations of each plugins. i tried using %freecommanderportable%\app\FreeCommander\PLUGINS\wlxTxt_INI.Editor_1.1\IniEd.wlx but it doesn't work. i also tried %FcSrcPath%.
or let say, my current folder where plugins are located
at
C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Desktop\Folder A \FreeCommanderPortable.exe\Plugins\<plugins.wlx>
if i move Folder A to say Folder B, freecommander should still be able to run the plugins, but i dont know what the command location for this.
so
i moved it to C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Desktop\Folder B\Folder A \FreeCommanderPortable.exe\Plugins\<plugins.wlx>
i will get not found in the plugins or The system cannot find the file specified in applications, this applies to favorites and viewer applications.
thanks
