Hebrew - named files

I have a number of Hebrew - named files. In Free Commander (latest version) they appear gibberish. Can you help me please with settings so that I could see the right file names in Hebrew?
You need unicode support, search the forum and support it if you want.
The other way is to set this language in Windows > Control panel > Regional and language options > Administrative > Current language for non-unicode programs
