FC drag-and-drop external file handler call broken at least within same pane

I post this only to draw Marek's attention to my new reply in a month-old post (because I can't PM him) since did some testing and found that it's (at least) external file-handlers via drag-and-drop within the same pane that broke several weeks ago.
