POPUP for Windows System Folders ?

Where does freecommander get the list of Windows System Folders when selecting the ToolBar Icon ?
I have onedrive installed, but turned off the sync and would like the Documents that open when clicking on it to not include ..\profile\OneDrive .. which means I have to click a few times to get to my local documents ..
I have created a favorite that does this .. but I have already created a habit to click the Documents selection from the popup list ..
