Build 932 - Icons are not loading when FC is run from commandline

Build 932 64-bit donor
If I do run any of these command line params of the following, I get this (Notice how some of the icons are missing)
"W:\Apps (Portable)\FreeCommanderXE\FreeCommander.exe"
"W:\Apps (Portable)\FreeCommanderXE\FreeCommander.exe" /T "W:\Apps (Portable)\FreeCommanderXE\"
I performed limited testing on this in a test version, but apart from recreating my setup, which would take a very long time, I cannot replicate this issue in a fresh build.
