(This is a very small impact bug, so you may not want to fix it. PS: Thanks for your work on the other bugs I've reported!).

Summary:
In the DEFINE ACTION TOOLBARS, for most of the toolbars you have the option to change the toolbar's BUTTON SIZE.
BUG: If you create an addition toolbar, the BUTTON SIZE option will not be visible until you first click on a different toolbar (such as STANDARD toolbar).
Then the BUTTON SIZE appears and can be adjusted.

Using:
FreeCommanderXE-64-donor_portable929
Windows 10 Home 64-bit 21H2, latest version as of 2025-04-19

Recreate:

Click on TOOLS > DEFINE ACTION TOOLBAR (OK)
(Note that the default selection is ADDRESS toolbar, which has no BUTTON SIZE) (OK)
Click on PLUS and add a new toolbar MyTestToolbar
(you don't have to add any tools to this new toolbar).
BUG: (Note that the BUTTON SIZE is not visible)
Click OK

Click on TOOLS > DEFINE ACTION TOOLBAR

Click on the new MyTestToolbar
SAME BUG: BUTTON SIZE is not visible
click on a different toolbar (such as STANDARD toolbar).
(Note that the BUTTON SIZE is now visible)
Now click on on the new MYTESTBAR.
GOOD: Now note that the BUTTON SIZE is now visible.

Workaround:
When invoking DEFINE ACTION TOOLBARS, click on STANDARD toolbar before clicking on a custom toolbar.
