Refresh functionality

Hi,
I've been a happy user with FreeCommander for many years now, but I'd like to write about something that lately seems to bother me more and more.
I think that the refresh functionality in the dual panels needs work. My refresh settings are shown below:
The panels seem to refresh way too often, which sometimes is annoying. Click on a file in the left panel. Then click on a file in the right panel. Both panels refresh. Click again in the left panel. Again, both panels refresh. Even when selecting the Properties right click context menu on a file, it causes the panels to both refresh. This constant refreshing is certainly annoying in the eye and bad for the user experience.
Could there be some improvements in this area?
