The bunch of compress/decompress options in the pop-up dialog is pretty comprehensive and here is a small idea how to make it even more friendly:

Typical scenario:
You download some .zip file.
You unzip it.
You select the now useless original .zip file.
And you delete it.

In the compress dialog there is an option — Move to the archive. This deals with the source files and prevents you from having to manually delete the original.
In the decompress dialogue, the analogous option "Move to the Recycle bin" would be nice. (In my opinion.)

I think it would have more sense if instead of obligatory deletion am obligatory prompt would appear, asking user to cancel / perform deletion (with a single click). Because I doubts there are many users who unpack only freshly downloaded and / or temporary archives
