New file Text Document window does not remember its width nor position

You can use the context menu and choose from it the
New > Text Document
which will result with a pop-up window showing up for creation of new TXT file. Unfortunately if you will grab its right edge for the purpose of widening it and / or move this window to some other place on your screen, then the next time you will do the same it will be shown again on the center of screen and with its default short size
This is not only annoying but also inconsistent with how similar window for
New > Folder
behaves which is also accessible through shell menu
I am using Build 910 64-bit Donor Portable & Build 901 32-bit Public Installed
New > Text Document
