Implemented: Copy speed and time remaining is shown in copy dialog for "Use FreeCommander" method

Thank you for the implementation of the speed and time in the copy/move dialog. That is really cool improvement. However I have one question to whole copy/move dialog. Any chance to get rid of the "listbox" in the copy (list of files) window? In the spinning drives time it was really nice to see that, but in SSD time it is slowing down the copy process. Any visual artifact is slowing down the SSD speed if it is not in other thread.
I would not complain if I did not see the difference clicking on COPY and FILES and checking the files changing in the status bar. It can be visible by eye that the speed is faster on COPY tab than on FILES tab.
Doing the speed test on big folder and copying from SSD to SSD is proving the slowness. Comparison with different file managers do the same.

ok, it seems to be I am the only one who see the slowness.... that is the pitty
