Cannot purchase 1 year of 64 bit

I have been trying for 2 days to purchase the 1 year subscription to the 64 bit version. Whether I use Firefox or Brave, credit card or Amazon Pay I get "Order Failed." I also tried switching my vpn to use a server in Germany.
