I want to drag and drop without stuff beind disable till done, and without the different cursor arrow. Thanks.

I'm not sure if I know what exactly you need, but try this:

Settings (F12) - File/folder operations - Drag&drop:
- disable "Show drag image"
- enable "Use blocking transfer"
