Sidecar files

Hello,
Many picture Management softwares use sidecar files to store additional information about pictures, to avoid changing the original files (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sidecar_file).
The source files and the sidecar files are linked through a naming convention.
Either source : xxx.ext1 ---> sidecar xxx.ext2
Or source : xxx.ext1 ---> sidecar xxx.ext1.ext2
For example, the software that I use DXO Photolab has the following convention : xxx.cr3 ---> xxx.cr3.dop
With FreeCommander it is very easy to use EXIF data in the source files to do bulk rename. But I don't know how to simultaneously rename the associate sidecar files.
Is there a solution in Freecommander XE ?
