This PC system folder cannot be opened using the other Panel option [FIXED]

When user is in the This PC system "folder" and applies focus to the root indicator of
that resides at the very top of every folder and the clicks the
Open folder: in the other panel (new TAB)
[assuming user has it on the Splitter] then nothing happens - i.e. the This PC is not opened in the opposite Panel as it should
This is happening in both Build 896 64-bit Donor Portable and Build 880 32-bit Public Installed
