There is this checkbox under the

Define favorite toolbars > Run > With "Run as" dialog

I propose expanding it to

Define favorite toolbars > Run > With "Run as Administrator" dialog

or even better

Define favorite toolbars > Run > In "Run as Administrator" mode

in order to inform users more clearly what this option does

Somewhere along the way this has been changed and now [in build 900] it says
