893 - Almost all keyboard shortcuts lost temporary

To reproduce:
- focus any text file
- F3
- Ctrl+F
- click the Settings toolbar button in viewer
- click the Shortcuts tab
= all custom and default keyboard shortcuts but 2 are lost
- close viewer
- focus any text file
- F3
- click the Settings toolbar button in viewer
- click the Shortcuts tab
= default keyboard shortcuts are back, but some custom shortcuts are lost, also "F9 is used for Settings", but it was changed to F12 already, the same with the "Full screen", it was changed to "F11", but it's changed to "Ctrl+F11" again
I can reproduce it with my custom settings.
FC 893 64-bit donor portable, Windows 10 22H2 64-bit.
