Hide scrollbars in tree view too

Hi!

There is a great hidden feature to get rid of scrollbars. (As a dark theme lover I really admire this possibility.) However, there is no such option to hide scrollbars when it comes to tree views.

So, please, would it be possible to extend this hidden gem to tree views too? (I mean Favourite Tree in particular.)
