Start FC As New Instance With NewIni Parameter option could have a better name

Build 892 added this handy and time saving option of
Tools > Start FC as new instance with NewIni parameter
which provides user with a simultaneously run FreeCommander but with default settings. If the reasoning behind this was to spare the newcomers reading and executing manually instructions contained in this post https://freecommander.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=28#p28 then I would suggest renaming this to
Tools > Start new instance of FreeCommander with default settings
so that it would become more understandable to them
