Allow for adjusting font in sub-windows of defining Toolbars

[This might be either a conscious choice done by Marek or just a bug]
The windows of
Tools > Define actions toolbars...
and
Tools > Favorite tools > Favorite tools edit...
have two sub-windows on their left side. The bottom ones succumb to changes of fonts done [somewhere] in Settings, but the upper ones retain their apparently default size
I personally have increased size of fonts whenever I could, so those [in my FC now] miniature letters for often adjusted elements are an annoying and counterproductive issue
