Currently if user chooses the

Tools > Settings > Filter/folder operations > General > Delete > Use FreeCommander

options and attempts to deleted something a proper pop-up FC window will appear. And during the deletion user will have an opportunity to turn on the Pause option by ticking it box

I propose turning this hard to aim square into a button alike to Run and Cancel already present there, so that a user could quickly halt the process without cancelling it completely

And then also make the Run button act as Pause OFF, which would be logical interpretation of the text it is bearing
