Tabs - "undo close" - re-open last closed tab

Tabs - "undo close" - re-open last closed tab. Menu item, keyboard shortcut and item in tab context menu, perhaps also toolbar button.

Ctrl+Shift+T - restore closed tab (last in stack of closed tabs).
