891 - "Date format" is NOT saved in settings

To reproduce:
- in settings - File/folder operations - Rename/Create use this format for "Date format"
- press OK
- restart FC
- open settings
- date format is reverted to default in settings only for now:
- press F7 and Down arrow key
- last saved (correct) date format is still used for New folder dialog
- in settings - File/folder operations - Rename/Create change any option, e.g. "Use dialog window for rename", switch this option
- pres OK
- press F7 and Down arrow key
= date format is reverted to default also for New folder dialog now
Tested with default settings, it's the same with "Timestamp format", custom option is NOT saved.
Workarounds:
- change the format and then don't change other settings withing the same tab
- use external program to paste date in custom format with custom keyboard shortcut, like HotkeyP or AutoHotkey
BTW Default option could be changed from yyyymmdd to yyyy-mm-dd, since the timestamp format is similar.
