New option in the "Define shortcuts" dialog - Use F1 for showing help

What option and where? Users gained what- ability to evoke Help in it?

It's in the Define keyboard shortcuts dialog, above "Current shortcut", but this option has bugs, reported here:

Please wait until these bugs will be fixed.
