887: When click 'Use as base folder for the tree', path displayed in 'Locked path' field disappears

Again, apologies that this is posted in the public forum and not the donor forum. For some reason, posting new bug reports in the donor forum is not working for me right now. Feel free to move to donor version bugs.
FreeCommander XE 2023 Build 887 64-bit donor: In Tab properties dialog box, when clicking 'Use as base folder for the tree' checkbox, the path displayed in the 'Locked path' field above it disappears.

Yes, if you have the tree(s) disabled, it would make sense that the option is dimmed (grayed out). I think Marek was recently working on functionality in this area, so I have a hunch it is a minor regression.
