Descriptions from Filter of Splitter should be shown also for already used Commmands [DONE]

When a user goes into the Define Actions Toolbars of the Splitter and click on an entry from its main / biggest window [i.e. on a Command], user gets to see in a convenient way [at the very bootom of this window with settings] a description / explanation of the now highlighted option
But what about an already chosen and used entry [i.e. Item] visible on the list in the smaller window on the left side? Why not display the very same info about it when it is highlighted also there?
If this gets implemented I would suggest making a left alignment for descriptions of Items and keeping right alignment for Commands
