Filter of Splitter needs small visual adjustment [FIXED]

A long time ago the window for Define Actions Toolbars for the Splitter gained in its bottom right corner a handy field for filtering the list of available options
The small visual issue with it is that all of descriptions are glued right next to the left edge of this box - making them a little hard to read and overall unaesthetic
So please insert a pause or two between the end of those nonselectable descriptions and the beginning of white filtering box
