Could you explain it, please?
I can't see any 'Customize Toolbar...' item.
Perhaps add screenshots, if possible.

The only available context menu in the Quick View pane toolbar is
"Define action toolbars..."
and there is no crash using it.

Recently I have been making some tests and changes concerning various toolbars and feaures, including Quick View, without experiencing any crashes on he account of opening of some window or selecting an option in them; when using using 887 64-bit Donor Portable on Windows 10 Enterprise 20H2 19042 x64
Have this been happening to you also in older versions of FC?

I updated the menuitem's English translation in the original post.
Good to hear it isn't crashing for everyone. Perhaps the crashes are dependent on the OS or registered DLLs.
I am only using the latest FC donor version, but I don't recall experiencing any crashes in this area in the past.
