Please give us the ability to control the colour of the scrollbars.

You can fine-tune everything, but the scrollbars are bright white and out of the user's control.

I know this is not the most important feature, but...

I think this request has been around for quite a while

I might have even myself pointed out this visual discrepancy, but I am unable to find it now
