Resources Monitor cannot be accessed [SOLVED]

As it was established in this topic https://freecommander.com/forum/viewtop ... tor#p40110, a user can open [maximized] Resources Monitor of Windows 10 by creating a Favorite Toolbar shortcut with such parameters:
And it has been working for me in version 880 32-bit Public - but in version 885 64-bit Donor Portable the very same shortcut spits out a pop-up error saying
I am using Windows 10 Enterprise 20H2 19042.746 x64
