Follow tilde (~) paths in address bar into home directory

When reading software documentation, you may be told to change something in a directory like "~/.app". It would be great if such a path could just be pasted into FreeCommander's address bar. "~/" at the start of the path would, if no literal relative path like this exists, have the same effect as "%USERPROFILE%\" at the start.
