Title bar goes greyed when right clic on file/folder

I upgraded from win7 to win10 and noticed that the title bar turns grey (as if the FC window is out of focus) when I right click on a file/folder, is this normal?
If FC it's minimized in the task bar when I maximize it the window turns black for a fraction of a sec, this does not happen with any other program or app that I have, I'm wondering if it's also normal.

I'm using Freecommander 2023 build 880 on Win 10 LTSC 64bit.
