Save Profile without Folder Location?

I want to save a Search Profile with options like exclude filters, but for it to be location agnostic. Is this possible? Currently, its seems when I save a profile it also saves the folder I am searching in. So when I load that profile it loads that folder location, instead of just using the folder I am already in. Can I save a Search Profile without saving the current search location?
