Need a new action which is the same like F5 which copy the selected file to inactive panel, but this action is to create a shortcut / symlink of the selected file(s) / folder(s) to inactive panel

1. Main menu: Tools - Define keyboard shortcuts
2. In dialog for keybord shortcuts use quick search field and type: symlink
