Is 64bits version is really faster than 32 bits one?

Hi,

I've been testing freecommander for about a week now, and I think I'm going to adopt it.
But I have some lags and the general behavior is slow, opening a folder, previewing, opening a file. ..etc...

Everything is slower than Windows Explorer.

I have a recent and decent setup:

AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6 Core Processor

16 GB Ram

M.2 SSD

Windows 11 Pro

Is there really an improvement, and no lag at all if I "invest" in the X64 donor version?

Is there anyting else I can do to improve freecommander speed?

Thanks

I do not think the 64 bit version is "really faster".
For me both versions are fast enough and if everything is slower than Windows Explorer - I would use Windows Explorer..
