Bitdefender blocking this forum from work

I got this message when I tried to access this forum from work. The IT guys have installed this so I cannot remove it to access the forum.
Does anyone else receive this?

The error message suggests that you are using HTTP to access the forum. Be sure you are using HTTPS.

I was, here's the URL bar atm from my home PC.
I got a warning that the connection wasn't secure in chrome before I logged in.

I followed a link I got sent via email to that url for the reply to this thread. As far as the work pc is concerned, I'll try that and see. Thanks.
