873 Wrong folder selected in tree

There is a bug in FCXE v873 64-bit donor (Win7 64-bit) that causes the wrong folder to be selected in the tree pane when starting FCXE.
The configuration that reveals this bug is enabling horizontal panes, enabling a single tree pane, and specifying "start with" folders for each pane via the settings.
With this setup, when FCXE is launched, the selected folder in the tree is for the INACTIVE pane, as opposed to the active pane.
This is a regression that appeared 4+ months ago, but I've been too busy to report it, and was hoping someone else would have the time to report it.
