Start at 20% option (preview mode) for internal viewer (updated)

It could be for VLC, or also for WMP.
Start at 20%, or if it's impossible, then start at 2 minutes, as option.
It would be useful for video and audio files, to quickly check many files, some type of preview mode.
Some audio players have this feature, built-in, or as a plugin, but in these players it's not so easy to delete/move files as in FreeCommander.
EDIT: Another problem, when using the quick viewer, it's impossible to seek easily, as in the viewer with Ctrl+arrow keys.
EDIT2: Perhaps there could be an option - toolbar button in viewer to toggle preview mode easily, it could be preserved even after closing FC.
