Address Bar lacks Highlight color for Inactive Panel

Under the
Settings > Address bar > Color / Font > [FIRST] Color [ICON] > Highlight
a user can choose what color will be shown as background for hovered upon Hot Area [i.e. the folder or separately all folders that host the sub-folder which is shown in current Tab]. But there is no such option for the
Settings > Address bar > Color / Font > [SECOND] Color [ICON]
and thus it is impossible to have two differed backgrounds - one for the Active Panel and second for the Inactive Panel
I propose expanding the color adjustments options by adding
Settings > Address bar > Color / Font > [SECOND] Color [ICON] > Highlight
entry
