I a user goes to

Splitter > Define actions toolbar... > {ITEM} > Details > Icon > ... {BUTTON}

and navigates to an icon(s) file, then right under that

Splitter > Define actions toolbar... > {ITEM} > Details > Icon >

in the box will be shown an icon - the first from that file [with parameter >>0<<]


But when an user goes to

Customize favorite toolbars... > {ITEM} > Define favorite toolbars {TAB} > Icon > ... {BUTTON}

and does the same - then no icon is shown automatically and theuser has to use the drop down menu to [even if their only one icon to choose]


For user's convenience this behavior should be unified. And in my opinion for user's convenience the first behavior is the better one and the second one is either a bug or an oversight

This is happening in Build 861 32-bit public on Windows 10 Enterprise 20H2 19042.746 x64

In version 880 32-bit public this issue seems to have been taken care of
