"Close all tabs" leaves one unnecessary tab - and a need for new options

The are these two keyboard shortcuts, that can also be places as icons on the Splitter - and that have such description [marked in italic]:
Close all folder tabs - Closes all not locked folder tabs in the active panel
Close all tabs in both panels - Closes all not locked folder tabs in both panels
which is incorrect and with misleading / inconsistent description. Because either these should be changed to
Close all unlocked tabs except current one - Closes all not locked folder tabs in the active panel but leaves one
Close all unlocked tabs in both panels except current ones - Closes all not locked folder tabs in both panels but leaves ones
although I am not sure if >>ones<< is a proper English word that could be used there. Maybe but >>leaves one in each<< would be a better description
Or alternatively these options should be renamed like above - but also expanded with two new
Close all unlocked tabs - Closes all not locked folder tabs in the active panel
Close all unlocked tabs in both panels - Closes all not locked folder tabs in both panels
with these allowing for leaving of zero unlocked tabs
After executing either of these two new options a new current tabs, as a new tabs for a user would be set those locked ones which would happen to be the last [right] ones. And if a user would have none locked tabs when executing them, then either one of the unlocked tabs would be left [like it is happening now] or brand new tabs with main folder of the drive C would be opened
An in my opinion the latter should be implemented - i.e. if a user wants to clear FreeCommander of cluttering temporary tabs then they should be liquidated entirely, because if a user for whatever reason would have decided that a given folder / tab is important, then that is the what the "Lock folder tabs" option is for [which could had been executed before such clearing process took place]
