New plain text file disappeared (win 11)

Hi,
the context menu for adding new file doesn't have a "plain text" or "text file" item anymore.
I think it happened while getting from win10 to win 11 but it might have happened during an update of FC.
(the plain text does appear in the default windows explorer outside FC)
