Define Favorite Toolbars

Minor bug, but I've never seen it before so thought I'd post. Not sure what version this issue started, when changing an icon in a favorite toolbar item the icon field where it's supposed to show the first icon is always blank. You have to click on the dropdown menu to see the first icon. It wasn't blank before, it'd always default to the first icon.
Are others seeing this issue?
