Like other forum topics (viewtopic.php?t=989&highlight=supercopier)

The problem with using supercopier still exists. Since the new window is introduced before copying and moving, the problem is there. So what is programmed different on the actual copy/move commands that's not possible anymore with supercopier????????

I don't use Ctrl-C en V options. But always use F5 en F6.

Check your settings for confirmation options. You need probably "no ask (F5)" and "no ask (F6)".

then your settings are not OK. Try to start FC without freecommander.ini and set "no ask (F5)" and "no ask (F6)".

I was using an old ini file. But i deleted it and started FC with fresh settings. Set the setting you requested, but still i will get THAT window you showed.

Only the FreeCommander.shc file did the trick. I can still use my own ini file.
I will fully test is on monday, but thanks for now.

Maybe for future builds, more ease in disabling the move/copy box.

I have now managed to get rid of the confirmation window using the above suggestions. Thanks for that...

But when I press F5, the normal windows Vista copy process is used directly but not SuperCopier. If I do a copy/paste, then superCopier is used.

This is due to the copy interception code in SuperCopier being re-written in v2.2. I have written a utility to fix this problem, so that SuperCopier 2.2 integrates seamlessly with FreeCommander. You can download it here:

Now if only the FC delete dialog wasn't modal, and the FTP client wasn't so buggy.... even so, FC is still my pick of the crop for commanders.

Hi! When I try to copy a file, the SC2Integration.exe gives me the following error:

'The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more detail'

Where is the applic. event log and any idea what is wrong? BTW I do not have supercopier2 installed under c:\Program Files\..... could this be the problem?

Ok I just uploaded an updated version (1.10) that fixes that problem. The exe is now statically linked to the required MSVC DLLs.

One question: This only appears to work if SuperCopier is already running in the system tray. Is there any way that SuperCopier can be started only when needed?
