Tree location & tab title incorrect when opening via command line

Using build 860 the location in the tree and the tab title of the active panel are incorrect when opening FreeCommander via the command line (eg. FreeCommander.exe "C:\Program Files"). Both reflect the last used folder instead of the folder specified as the command line argument.
To reproduce with default settings:
- Enable the folder tree display and close FreeCommander
- Open FreeCommander via the command line (FreeCommander.exe "C:\Program Files")
- The left panel now shows the contents of C:\Program Files while the tree location and tab title of the active panel show the last used folder
